Refund policy
At Haniya Heritage, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how our return and exchange process works.
Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
Condition of Items To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- In their original packaging
Items that are worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items Sale items, custom or made-to-order pieces, and innerwear are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return Email us at haniyaheritage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll share instructions for sending the item back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges If you'd like a different size or item, let us know when you contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at haniyaheritage@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
